Komline’s first product, the Coilfilter, began helping to protect the environment in the late 1940s. Since then, we have grown our set of solutions for the water and wastewater industries to continue helping to protect our environment, provide clean water, and recover valuable resources from waste.
Biosolids Drying
Drying biosolids helps to realize the potential of wastewater resource recovery. Dried biosolids are stable and easier to handle, allowing Komline’s customers to provide a useful product for land application, incineration, or disposal.
Komline supplies drying equipment and systems for municipal and industrial clients. Our solutions are known for their compact size, high efficiency, and long service life.
Stormwater Processing & Filtration
As concern grows over the impact of pollutants, trash, and sediments carried by stormwater runoff, so has the importance of capturing those contaminants before they are released into our sensitive wetlands, rivers, lakes, and oceans.
Komline products help our customers meet their goals of reducing pollutants from runoff, to protect delicate wetlands and waterways and meet regulatory requirements. We specialize in lightweight, installation-ready units that are built to the each site’s requirements.
Wastewater Processing & Filtration
The disposal of sewage and wastewater is an age-old problem which only becomes more challenging as population centers grow more dense. While the costs of disposal have increased, so has the interest in reusing the resources available in wastewater.
Komline’s origins are in wastewater sludge dewatering, and it continues to be a leader in pumping, thickening, and dewatering of wastewater sludges, both for municipal and industrial applications.
Water Processing & Filtration
Water is essential for life, and every person deserves safe, clean, and good tasting water. Membrane filtration, including ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis, is one of the most effective and widely used water filtration technologies to ensure the purity and safety of drinking water.
Komline’s experience in membrane filtration goes back decades, and includes ultra- and nanofiltration in addition to reverse osmosis. Installations and pilot testing applications include brackish water, desalination, and water reuse.
Aeration and Mixing
Aeration and mixing are key parts of an efficient and properly functioning wastewater treatment plant. They aids in oxygenating wastewater, ensuring thorough mixing, promoting bacterial growth, controlling odor, and improving treatment efficiency.
Komline’s decades-long experience in developing and manufacturing aeration and mixing products continues to offer efficient and robust solutions to customers around the world
