Henry Filters has been a part of Komline since 2021.

Komline-Henry provides coolant filtration systems for individual machine filtration through complete plant-wide central systems. The product portfolio includes gravity, vacuum, pressure, magnetic, permanent-media, and disposable-media filtration technologies engineered for machining and metalworking operations. 

Filter solutions to support water-soluble and oil-based coolants across grinding, honing, lapping, polishing, milling, broaching, drilling, parts washing, and coolant recovery applications. Komline-Barnes also engineers chip handling, conveyors, pump-back systems, and related coolant management equipment for integrated process support. 

Acquisition

In 2021, Komline acquired Henry Filters to strengthen its capabilities in industrial liquid filtration and coolant filtration. The acquisition added Henry’s custom filtration systems and chip/swarf processing equipment, expanding its technical expertise across industrial manufacturing applications. With Komline’s 2021 acquisition of Barnes International, Henry Filters became part of Komline’s separation and filtration portfolio, supporting continued growth through innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-focused solutions.
