Acquisition

Komline acquired Vulcan Industries in 2025, adding proven screening and grit-handling technologies to its wastewater treatment portfolio. Vulcan strengthens Komline’s headworks capabilities and expands the range of solutions available across the wastewater treatment process—from preliminary treatment and screenings handling through sludge thickening, dewatering, and drying. Together, Komline and Vulcan provide customers with broader application expertise, durable equipment, and long-term parts and service support.
