Fabricated from 304/316SS perforated plate, the drum of the RDT features continuous internal flighting to ensure positive flow of material. The drum is driven by a through shaft, supported by two roller bearings. The perforated drum is covered with a removable, single layer of fine mesh screening tailored to customer specifications.

• The Pre-thickener/Vibratory Screen is engineered for manure slurry separation and suitable for all hog manure applications.
• The Vibratory Screen is available in three sizes: 30″, 40″, and 60″
• Capacities range from 15 to 350 GPM, with horsepower options from 1/2 to 3 HP. Available in single-phase and three-phase power.
• Standard screen size is 40 mesh (425 microns), capable of thickening solids from 1% to 15%.
• Vibratory Screens are utilized to pre-thicken solids prior to AGP Screw Press processing.
