Komline Pure Water’s custom water treatment plants are tailored to the client’s requirements and water chemistry.
- Filtration Systems: High-efficiency technologies including ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF and DNF), and reverse osmosis (RO) can be provided to remove bacteria, viruses, and dissolved solids. Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems are also available to provide convenient membrane maintenance.
- UV sterilization, Ozone and chlorination are offered for primary and secondary disinfection.
- Biological, Multimedia and Ion Exchange: For the removal of certain elements, such as Arsenic, Iron, Manganese, and Organics,specialized media and resins are available in both pressure and gravity filtration systems.
- Pre-Treatment: Processes such as coagulation, flocculation, and sedimentation are also offered.
Remote Monitoring & Control Features
- PLC and HMI control: Plants can be designed for control by industry standard PLC platforms, such as Siemens and Rockwell Allen-Bradley. These can also be integrated into a new or existing SCADA environment, allowing for seamless real-time process management within your current infrastructure.
- Remote Accessibility: Designated personnel can securely access the platform to monitor conditions and alarms.
- Automated Alarming: The system can be designed to send alarm notifications to personnel via email, text or telephone.
- Data Logging: Historical data can be archived using local or cloud-based data storage, to simplify the reporting requirements for health authorities and environmental regulators.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Our engineering team can perform remote diagnostics and software adjustments, avoiding the need for expensive site visits
