Internalift® Screw Pump
Efficient pumping for changing flows
Internalift encloses its screw flights within a rotating cylinder, eliminating the flight-to-trough gap and associated internal backflow while helping contain splashing and odors. This integrated design delivers efficient pumping of wastewater, sludge and other liquids as flows change. Pumping capacity responds to the inlet liquid level without continuous speed adjustments, simplifying control as incoming flows rise and fall.
Installation angles up to 45° and minimal foundation requirements help accommodate constrained sites and reduce concrete work. Bearings located outside the wastewater stream provide convenient access for inspection and lubrication, while the ability to run dry without damage allows the pump to handle interruptions in inflow.
