In 2025, Komline acquired Filtra Systems to enhance its capabilities in industrial filtration, air quality, coolant filtration, and process water treatment solutions. The acquisition strengthens Komline’s ability to deliver integrated solutions across industrial manufacturing, environmental, and process applications while expanding its market reach and technical expertise. The newly formed Komline-Filtra product line delivers industrial filtration and separation solutions designed to improve manufacturing efficiency, protect critical equipment, and maintain cleaner, safer operating environments.
